Our story began over a century ago, shaping the evolution of the country’s real estate sector – the foundation of our purpose today.
Our real estate venture began with the purchase of La Hacienda Limatambo and Fundo San Borja. Today, these are known as the Begonias cluster and the San Borja cluster.
We built the Limatambo building on Javier Prado Avenue - a landmark known for its iconic Coca-Cola sign. That same year, we opened the renowned SEARS Shopping Center, marking the start of commercial activity in San Isidro.
We embarked on a new phase of urban development, starting with the Limatambo Development. We developed and constructed the Plaza del Sol and El Consorcio buildings in the financial center of San Isidro.
We inaugurated The Westin Lima Hotel & Convention Center, a significant change in the urban landscape of San Isidro.
Urbanova Inmobiliaria was born, and that same year, we began construction of our first major shopping center: La Rambla San Borja.
We launched major developments across the city. In San Isidro, we unveiled Torre Begonias - one of Lima’s tallest and most iconic buildings. In Miraflores, we introduced Paso 28 de Julio, our first corporate building integrated with a street mall. In San Borja, we opened Torre Uno and Torre Dos
That year we built Torre del Arte in San Borja, becoming the foundation for the creation of the San Borja Cluster, now one of the most important gastronomic areas in the district. In San Isidro, we completed Torre del Parque I, initiating the consolidation of the Begonias cluster.
We began construction of Torre del Parque II - the twin to Torre del Parque I - and delivered one of our most sustainable projects, setting a milestone for the district.
We took over the management of Intursa's hotel assets, consolidating ourselves as a world-class real estate company with a presence in offices, retail, and hospitality.
