At Urbanova, we aim to strengthen our position as a culinary benchmark in San Isidro and across the city. In line with this vision, on Friday 26 September, we held the “Night Lights” event to mark the official launch of the dining area at Paseo Begonias, a venue bringing together more than 20 dining experiences. 1 A unique experience During the event, our CEO, Giacomo Sissa, shared the vision that drives us: to continue establishing Paseo Begonias as an urban landmark in Lima. In his speech, he highlighted how the integration of venues such as Popurrí, Casa Sarao and Melt reinforces our commitment to offering experiences that bring people together through flavour, culture and innovation. Idea clave: Urbanova opened the food court on Paseo Begonias, establishing the space as a vibrant urban hub for dining, socializing, and community engagement. 2 Melt and Casa Sarao, the newest additions to the dining area The event provided the perfect opportunity to officially welcome Melt, a comfort food concept serving classic American grilled dishes and a special all-day brunch. Meanwhile, Casa Sarao, backed by renowned Peruvian chef Jorge Muñoz, brings the flavours and rhythm of Spain to the table, combining tradition and creativity in a vibrant dining experience. These additions join a robust culinary offering featuring La Sanahoria, Olivia, Maras, Rutina and Barrio, strengthening the area’s range of options and the positioning of our main urban destination, Paseo Begonias. Popurrí: Food Hall at Paseo Begonias The day culminated at Popurrí, our 1,500 m² food hall featuring over 14 dining options led by renowned Peruvian chefs such as Hajime Kasuga, Flavio Solórzano, Emilio Macías, Palmiro Ocampo, Pablo Profumo and Christian Bravo. There, guests enjoyed signature cocktails, live music and a selection of dishes reflecting the best of contemporary cuisine. Torre Rosales: the next milestone at Paseo Begonias The consolidation of our flagship urban destination, Paseo Begonias, continues with the development of Torre Rosales. The project comprises a 22-storey tower with nearly 30,000 m² of prime office space and a second 12-storey tower that will house an extended-stay hotel. Scheduled for completion in 2027, Torre Rosales is set to be the most modern prime office building in the country. Compartir: Did you like this article? Yes No Thank you! We are glad it was helpful.
