At Paseo Begonias, our main urban destination, we enjoyed a day full of creativity, fun and community spirit with our Halloween celebrations. It was a special occasion that brought together office workers, visitors and families to share unique experiences that reinforce the spirit that defines our business community. 1 Celebration at Retail Alley The day began at Flex, our premium co-working space located on Paseo Begonias, where we held a fancy dress competition that put each team’s creativity to the test. Participants arrived in their finest costumes and full of energy, ready to enjoy a bit of a break from their usual workday. The celebrations then continued at Retail Alley, the shopping arcade on Paseo Begonias, where we brought together brands such as Domenica Padilla, Sophie Crown and Dermotienda, amongst others, which enhance the retail offering and the wellbeing of our business community. There, the teams were able to have their photos taken in their costumes, receive a Polaroid photo as a souvenir and enjoy a variety of sweet treats. Idea clave: Urbanova brought together RR.HH leaders at Torre Begonias to discuss employer branding and talent. 2 Show for the little ones The afternoon drew to a close with a special treat for the little ones, who enjoyed a live, interactive show, complete with snacks and drinks, creating a unique, family-friendly atmosphere. 3 Paseo Begonias: A Unique Urban Destination Paseo Begonias has established itself as our premier urban destination, combining prime office space, retail outlets, dining experiences and open spaces that foster connection and well-being for our business community. Among the standout experiences are Popurrí, our food hall featuring over 14 culinary concepts, and Bar Velvet, an exclusive speakeasy inspired by the 70s and 80s. Furthermore, new additions include La Sanahoria, Olivia, Doménica Padilla, Sophie Crown and fresh dining experiences with the arrival of Casa Sarao and Melt, two concepts that cement the area’s status as a gastronomic benchmark in Lima. Torre Rosales: A new landmark on Paseo Begonias In line with this vision, with the arrival of Torre Rosales, the country’s most modern prime office building, we will continue to promote unique experiences for our business community and reaffirm our commitment to a more connected, modern and sustainable city.
